Caitlin and Jennifer claim their mother, Cathy, enables their sister, Rebecca’s, dependency on drugs by supporting her financially and taking care of Rebecca’s daughter, Harper, who has special needs.

“My mom is not a healthy woman, so it’s very hard for her to take care of Harper,” says Jennifer.

Caitlin says, “I don’t think that my mom, at her age, should be having to do that.” Cathy admits that she has enabled Rebecca but says she does it because no one else will help her daughter, and she doesn’t want Harper to suffer.

“I put up with her because she is a single mom and because she has a special needs daughter,” says Cathy. She claims that Rebecca has stolen thousands of dollars from her, which Rebecca adamantly denies. Rebecca also insists she does not abuse drugs.

“I love Rebecca,” says Cathy. “She disappoints me, and I hate almost everything about her.”
