Jessica is a married mom of three who says that when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, she lost her job in the restaurant/bar business. She says she eventually heard from her boss the day before he wanted her to return to work – but she said no.
“Having the time off during COVID gave me the time to think and reflect on what I really wanted to do,” Jessica says. “Then, a new job opportunity came along.”
