Woman Who Passed Out At Astroworld Festival Says Fiancé ‘Crowd-Surfed’ Her To Safety
Madeline is a Travis Scott fan who says she passed out while watching the artist’s performance at the Astroworld Festival at NRG Park in Houston on November 5, 2021.
The 23-year-old says her fiancé, Sam, crowd-surfed her out of the audience. She also says he is the only reason she made it out of the area where throngs of concert-goers pushed toward the stage, crowding, crushing, and trampling others.
And later, Madeline, who works as an ICU nurse, says that after coming to, she immediately started helping other injured concert-goers and was taken by security to an area where she saw three people on the ground receiving CPR.
Hear more about Madeline’s experience on Thursday’s episode, “Trampled and Traumatized: Astroworld Aftermath," Dr. Phil speaks with eye-witnesses, survivors, and others who say the Astroworld tragedy could have been prevented.
