Woman Who Weighs 75 Pounds: ‘I Love Seeing The Bones Sticking Out’

          VIDEO

          April 23, 2018

“Nothing in the world, I feel, will ever, ever be the high I get from losing weight,” says Jordan. “I get a high off hearing the hospital say, your vital signs are not great, and your blood pressure’s not good. It’s, like, the attention I like now. I love it.”

TELL DR. PHIL YOUR STORY: Is Dr. Phil your only hope?

Jordan is 23 and weighs 75 pounds, but she says it’s her goal to get to 70 pounds. She has been hospitalized or rushed to the ER 20 times in the last two years due to her eating disorder.

“My eating disorder, it’s my identity, it’s everything,” Jordan says. “I call my eating disorder ‘Ana.’ She is constantly telling me what to do, how to think. She’s there to tell me, like, good job for not eating anything today. Ana’s my best friend. She hasn’t failed me yet.”

Jordan admits that she wakes up every morning and looks in the mirror to make sure she sees “pretty much every bone.” She says she eats one cup of cereal and a scoop of yogurt a day, has gone days without eating, abuses laxatives and if she feels she’s eaten too much, she will walk around in circles in her bedroom for hours.

“I love seeing the bones sticking out,” Jordan says. “The thought of gaining weight is more scary to me than dying. I get terrified of the lotions I use, body gel in the shower, toothpaste, because it has, like, calories in it.”

On Monday’s episode of Dr. Phil, Jordan comes face-to-face with her mother and stepfather who say they are fed up with her behavior. And on Tuesday, Jordan reveals how she believes her stepfather has turned her mother against her. Plus, find out why Jordan’s family has concerns about the boyfriend she has turned to for support. Check here to see where you can watch.
