Sisters Liz and Maria are half of a set of quadruplets who say they both have anger and depression stemming in part from their parents’ divorce when they were 6. The 20-year-olds, who, along with their brother, Nick, live with their father, Tom, admit to making holes in the walls, self-medicating, and practicing self-harm. Their sister, Jackie, says she moved out of the house several months ago because it was chaotic and stressful, and she needed to work on herself. Jackie says she doesn’t want to interact with parents or siblings until her family’s problems are solved.

The quad’s older sister, 22-year-old Antonia, also says she moved away from the family several years ago. She says she lived with depression, anxiety, and an eating disorder until she got away from home and could begin to work through her problems.

“You can get out, and you can do what you need to do for yourselves,” Antonia tells Liz and Maria in the video above. “You need to start caring about you.”

Watch more from Tuesday’s conclusion of this two-part episode, “Quadruplets Face Off,” to hear more words of encouragement from Maria and Liz’s brother, Nick. And later, do the sisters accept an offer from Onsite for help addressing their ongoing challenges?
