Aidan says that he can’t control his anger. The 17-year-old has gotten into a physical altercation with his mom, leaving her bloody and bruised – and landing him in jail. He also admits that he smokes pot every day and is addicted to it but claims it doesn’t affect him.
“It takes a lot to change momentum in people’s lives, and you’ve got momentum right now, and your momentum is not good,” Dr. Phil tells Aidan. “You’re at a fork in the road, and when you choose the behavior, you choose the consequences.”
